Isn't it amazing how such a simple verse can change your mindset? It's like a gentle reminder from God, saying, "Hey, don't forget to find joy in Me, no matter what life throws your way."
This week I wanted to use a simple message that doesn't take much thought, just a change of attitude. As I was winding down Sunday and all the stresses of the upcoming week started coming back in my mind, I read this verse and it reminded me to just relax and remember what is truly important.
If you are like me and just caught up in the daily stresses life brings, just take 5 minutes today to clear your head and read this verse. If you are going through something deeper, I encourage you to take this verse in, smile, and see what it does for you. A brief moment of positivity may not completely heal you, but may be the first step you need to take to bring some joy back in your life.
