Shipping FAQs
Shipping:
We're working to get your order out as quickly as possible! Please allow for 1-3 business days to process your order! We do not ship orders on weekends. Holidays and other high volume events may increase processing and fulfillment time!
Please ensure the correct address has been entered as returned packages will be subject to an additional shipping fee. Packages that have been shipped due to an incorrect address will not be refunded and a replacement order will not be sent out. HolStrength is not reliable for any stolen packages.
Domestic Shipping:
Packages may take up to 10 days to arrive after the package has been shipped.
Cutoff for second day and overnight express orders is 2pm EST. Express orders are not shipped over weekends and must be placed before Friday at 2pm EST to be shipped before the weekend. All express orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday will be shipped out the following business day.
International Shipping:
Due to high cost of shipping, we do not offer international returns at this time.
If you're located outside of the United States your order may be subject to customs fees/taxes. HolStrength has no control over these fees and any questions you should contact your local customs office.
International orders may take up to 5 weeks to arrive for USPS first class shipping. Please allow this allotted time before inquiring about your order.
