This tank is awesome! I'm approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall and weigh around 160 pounds, and I ordered a small. It fits perfectly and really shows off my chest and lats nicely. It is a little bit on the long side, but it isn't a big deal. The material is super soft and stretches nicely when working out. Honestly, the only downside is deciding whether I want to wear it to the gym or for lounging around the house :) An amazing product, and the subtle touch of the cross on the chest to show my faith is great bonus! Also, random comment: I love Holstrength's packaging. It is so uplifting to get a package with Bible verses and stuff all over it. It is so awesome, and a wonderful testimony!

Despite being 6'1" and 180 lbs, I have a 40" chest and 30" waist, so I typically wear Small in HolStrength cutoffs. I also purchased a Small for the ribbed tank based on the size chart (which appears to be copied from the cutoffs) but it is slightly tighter than I anticipated. I will keep it because of the sale, but may try a Medium in the future.
