this shirt brings me tons of joy and it’s just an amazing feel
Love how relaxed and free the shirt is all while hugging your arms and chest the right way. It feels good in every workout- and even just to wear at home to be honest. It’s a plus that i don’t even feel like i’m sweating (i sweat a bucket on leg day) and it’s not hard to take off when u sweat neither. I’m definitely buying another one of soon in another color.
Amazing material fits perfect
This signature tee has quickly become my favorite. I now have black, blue and gray. It stretches through all of my workouts from lifting to hybrid training. This is my go-to
Love this shirt! Great fit but I advise going a size up if you want a traditional fit because it does fit a bit tighter than some of Holstrength’s other fabrics.
I love the shirt and the quality. I am 5'10 165 lb and the medium fits me perfect. I train weightlifting and also compete in hyrox. I will definitely be ordering more in additional colors
I am impressed with the quality of the material and the stretch. I home 510 165 lb and the medium fits me perfect. It is not too tight nor is it too loose. It is extremely flexible and moves with me well.

The Signature T shirt fits great, but I not a huge fan of the extended length due to my body structure. I would purchase the core performance T, but I am looking for a slim fit T. All of my size is out of stock in both styles anyway, so no luck right now for me. I do love the material however!
