Worship in the Ordinary - Romans 12:1
"I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship."

Worship isn't just music on Sundays. It's not limited to hands raised or songs sung. According to Scripture, worship is also a lifestyle — one that shows up in how we live, how we work, how we treat people, and how we train our bodies.
Romans 12:1 challenges us to present our bodies as living sacrifices — not in a one-time act, but in the daily choices we make. When you treat others with respect, when you work with integrity, when you show up for your family even when you're tired — that’s worship.
Worship can look like consistency. Like discipline. Like choosing grace instead of snapping. Like giving your best when no one is watching.
God is glorified in your obedience — even in the ordinary.
So the next time you're lifting, running, meal-prepping, folding laundry, or doing the small things with a willing heart, remember: this counts. Worship isn't confined to the stage. Sometimes, it shows up in your grind.
Prayer: God, help me to see every part of my day as an opportunity to honor You. Whether I’m in the gym, at work, or with my family, let my life reflect Your goodness. Make my everyday obedience an offering of worship.

Life is hard. Sometimes it’s difficult to feel that God is with you in the storm. It’s hard to praise Him when life knocks you down. Life has knocked my daughter, A.R. down so many times she has given up. Please pray for God to help her take His hand and help her back up.
